By adding calamity Discord Bot to your server and using its features, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. Usage
Calamity is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee availability, uptime, or error-free functionality. Features may change or be discontinued without prior notice. By using the bot, you accept that services may evolve and may not always match your expectations.
2. Responsibility
You are responsible for the way calamity is used on your server. This includes moderation actions, user interactions, and compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service. Any misuse or resulting issues are your responsibility.
3. Data Collection
Data is collected and processed as described in our Privacy Policy. By using calamity, you agree to that data usage.
4. Changes
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates are effective immediately once published. Continued use of calamity means acceptance of the current version.
5. Intellectual Property
All code, branding, and assets of calamity are the intellectual property of its developers. Unauthorized use, modification, or redistribution is prohibited. Reverse engineering or copying features without permission may result in legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages, losses, or disruptions arising from the use or inability to use calamity. Use at your own risk. This includes but is not limited to data loss, server issues, or conflicts caused by the bot.
7. Support
Support is provided on a best-effort basis via our support server. We do not guarantee resolution of issues, though we aim to respond promptly.
8. Copyright
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or theft of calamity’s code or assets is strictly prohibited. Hosting unauthorized copies or claiming ownership may result in legal consequences.
9. Feature Replication
Features of calamity (such as voice tracking or XP systems) are the result of our work and creativity. Inspiration is acceptable, but directly copying or presenting them as your own is not allowed.
